Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking.
All no-shows and cancellations will be charged to your debit/credit card for the total deposit amount indicated in our detailed service menu.
If you are late, I reserve the right to cut your service, and you will still be charged for the total service you booked (no discounts will be given).
If you are more than 15 minutes late, and I do not have enough time to perform the service, you will need to reschedule. You will still be charged for the total deposit amount.
I recognize the time of my clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
All services require a debit/credit card to guarantee a reservation. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will receive both a text and an email when your appointment is booked.
